September Recap
Welcome to the new year! A warm welcome to all my new students. We started by exploring our identities and family backgrounds. One of our first challenges was drawing a self-portrait, which we tackled enthusiastically and excellently.
In our classroom, we highly emphasize caring for ourselves and our surroundings. We have daily tasks to complete, and we take this responsibility seriously. During our circle time, we have been learning sign language, including spelling our names and new vocabulary words. We have also studied geography, focusing on the seven continents, oceans, and seas. Bodies of water have been incredibly challenging, so we are taking our time to learn about this subject and creating a book to showcase our work.
